3 Days Bwindi gorilla habituation is an extra ordinary tour that will take you to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park which Uganda celebrate to host half of the world gorilla population. This is a different experience from gorilla tracking, in that here you will come so closer to gorillas, feel their fir, pose for selfies with gorillas, enjoy their presence. Gorilla habituation experience always gives enough time to be with gorillas for about 6 hours which will leave you with undying memories.
Day 1: Pick-up and transfer to Bwindi
On this day of your first leg of the trip, our driver guide will pick you from the hotel/Airport, he will greet you with a wider smile, and he will take you through the 3 days Bwindi gorilla habituation experience and thereafter, you will set off for Bwindi. You will hit the road to western Uganda where you will have a stopover at the Equator to have a chance to see the line that divides the earth into two hemispheres, the northern hemisphere and the southern hemisphere. You will engage in the Equator experience, take pictures as well and then embark on your journey to, lunch en-route will be in Mbarara and thereafter you will embark on your journey to Bwindi, arriving in the evening, connect to your lodge, check-in, have dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Gorilla habituation
The long waited day is here, wake up on a scrumptious breakfast, be transferred to the park headquarters for a briefing about gorilla habituation, you will thereafter be allocated the gorilla family which you will spend a half of the day with. You will enjoy staying with these gorillas, watch them closely, study about their behaviors, spend 6 hours with gorillas, feed them, take pictures with them, record every moment, return to the lodge in the afternoon hours, enjoy your hot lunch and relax.
Day 3: Check-out and departure
This is your last leg of your 3 days Bwindi gorilla habituation, you will wake up on a scrumptious breakfast, check-out of the lodge and hit the road back to Kampala. You will come with a lot of memories, enjoy your lunch in Mbarara and proceed with the journey to Kampala and this will mark the end of your safari.
