This trip will serve you a touch of wildlife and culture as well. The trip will start in Kampala to Kidepo to Murchison and back to Kampala.

Day 1: Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park

Day 1 of 5, you will meet our driver guide from Glory Summit tours at an agreed spot/airport who will you brief you on the next few days and how the trip will run. After that, you will set off for Kidepo which is 8-10hours. For ease and comfort, you will have a few stops for stretching, picture taking and lunch in Gulu. You will get to Kidepo in the evening, check into your lodge, have dinner and rest after the long journey so you can be rejuvenate for the next day and enjoy what Kidepo has to offer.

Day 2: Game drive and community tour

Day 2, you will wake up and have an early breakfast, and then will be picked by the driver guide for your morning dame drive. Morning game drive will give you a chance to encounter lions, zebras, buffaloes, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes and kobs for about 2-3hours. You will return to the lodge after the drive for lunch, after lunch you will head out for a community tour of the IK people and engage with them. Learn about their culture, lifestyle, history, building Manyatta homesteads with entertainment through dance, music and drama which will take about 3hours and you will head back to the lodge. You will have dinner and retire for the night.

Day 3: Transfer to Murchison falls

Day 3, you will have breakfast, you will check out and exit Kidepo for Murchison and on route you will enjoy the great savannah vegetation for about 8-9hours. Lunch will be enjoyed in Gulu and then you will continue to Murchison where you will arrive in the evening in time for dinner and checking into your lodging where you will rest for the night.

Day 4: Morning game drive and Boat cruise

Day 4 of 5, an early breakfast will be enjoyed, then you will be driven to the park by the guide to enjoy a game drive where you expect to see animals like leopards, hyenas, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, hippos, kobs, bushbucks, oribis, grey duikers and many more and pictures will be taken for memories. After the game drive you will head back to your hotel for lunch and relaxation before the boat cruise. With lunch out of the way, you will head to out onto the Nile to enjoy the afternoon boat cruise to the bottom of the falls which takes about 2-3hours to see water animals like crocodiles, waterbucks, hippos, warthogs, and bird species like the rare shoebill stork, hornbills, fly catchers, herons and king fishers with a guide to answer any questions you might have. After the cruise you will hike to the top of the Falls, where you will experience the pressure of the falls, with a view to die for, a rainbow and perfect spot for pictures. When done you will head back to the hotel in time for dinner after which you will rest or relax and retire when desired.

Day 5: Checkout and departure

Final day, you will checkout, then have breakfast before you set off for Kampala which is about 5-6hours. As you head to Kampala, you will enjoy the beautiful scenic views and also take pictures while at it. One stopover will be done in Luweero for lunch, then you will continue to Kampala at the agreed drop off point which will mark the end of your 5 day trip.
